Event:	Update on Process of Registering the Company's Shares for Trading on NASDAQ

1.	Following the Company's immediate report published on February 6, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01-013587), the Company hereby announces that it is progressing in the process of registering its shares for trading on NASDAQ (the "Registration Process"). Following the completion of said process (to the extent completed), the Company's shares will be listed for trading both on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. and on NASDAQ. It is hereby noted that as of the date of this immediate report, there is no certainty regarding the completion of the Registration Process, its timing and scope, and that the completion of the Registration Process is subject, inter alia, to the Company's discretion, the existence of appropriate market conditions, the receipt of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) approval and the receipt of final approval by the Company's Board of Directors for the completion of the Registration Process.
