On August 18, 2022, Saverone 2014 Ltd. (the "Company") convened a Special Meeting of Shareholders, however, the meeting was adjourned for one week to the same day, time, and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Company's Special Meeting of Shareholders will be reconvened on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. (Israel time) at the Company's offices located Em Hamoshavot Rd. 94, Petah Tikva, Israel.
