Re: Public filing with the SEC of a Registration Statement on Form 20-F

Further to the Company's immediate reports published on February 6, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01- 013587) and on July 24, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01-077514) regarding the Company's intention to register its shares for trading on Nasdaq, the Company is pleased to report that on September 2, 2022, it publicly filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") a registration statement on Form 20-F, for the registration of its shares for trading on Nasdaq (the "Registration Statement").

It is noted that the Registration Statement is not final and has not been declared effective by the SEC, and that the filing does not obligate the Company to complete the registration of its shares for trading on Nasdaq (the "Registration Process").
