Further to the Company's immediate reports published on February 6, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01- 013587) and on July 24, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01-077514) regarding the Company's intention to register its shares for trading on Nasdaq, and further to the Company's immediate report published on September 4, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01-091695) regarding the public filing by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") of a registration statement on form 20-F, the Company is pleased to report that on September 12, 2022, it publicly filed with the SEC an amended registration statement on form 20-F, for the registration of its shares for trading on Nasdaq (the " Amended Registration Statement").

It is noted that the Amended Registration Statement is not final, and has not been declared effective by the SEC, and that its filing does not obligate the Company to complete the registration of its shares for trading on Nasdaq (the "Registration Process"). It is further noted that, as of the date of this immediate report, there is no certainty regarding the completion of the Registration Process or with respect to its timing, and that the completion of the Registration Process is subject, inter alia, to the Company's discretion, the receipt of final approval from Nasdaq and to the receipt of final approval by the Company's Board of Directors for the completion of the Registration Process.
