Further to the immediate report published by the company on September 18, 2022 (reference: 2022-01-118207), regarding signing an agreement to purchase 81% of the issued and paid-up share capital and voting rights in Klabin Fragrances, Inc., the company is honored to report that on October 3, 2022, the transaction was completed , and as of this date, the company owns 81% of the shares of Klabin, which is engaged in the research, development, production, marketing, sale and supply of scent extracts, natural and synthetic, raw materials, applications and functional solutions for the cosmetics, toiletries, candles, diffusers, detergents and fine fragrances industries.
