Further to a report published by the company on October 12, 2022 (reference: 2022-01-125770), regarding entering into an agreement to purchase 65% of the issued and paid-up share capital and voting rights in Aromatique Food SRL, a private company incorporated in Romania ("Aromatique"), the company is pleased to report that on January 9, 2023, the transaction was completed, after receiving regulatory approvals in Romania, and as of this date, the company owns 65% of the shares of Aromatique, which is engaged in the research, development, production, marketing, sale and supply of raw materials and savory functional flavor mixtures for the food industry.
