פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה על קבלת מכתב מאת משרד התקשורת לפיו נחה דעתו כי אין בהסכם שנחתם עם בזק, ביחס לרכישת זכות שימוש בלתי הדירה בקווי תשתית סיבים אופטיים, כדי ליצור חשש לפגיעה משמעותית בתחרות

ראש העין, ישראל, 17 בינואר, 2023 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ )להלן "פרטנר" או "החברה"( )NASDAQ ו-TASE: PTNR), מפעילת תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה, בהמשך לדיווחי החברה מיום 22 בדצמבר 2022 ומיום 28 בדצמבר ,2022 כי ביום 16 בינואר ,2023 התקבל בחברה מכתב ממשרד התקשורת, ביחס להסכם עם בזק – החברה הישראלית לתקשורת בע"מ )"בזק" ו-"ההסכם"(, שעניינו רכישת זכות שימוש עצמית בלתי הדירה ובלתי עבירה )use of right irrevocable - IRU), בקווי תשתית בלתי מסויימים במבנים המחוברים לתשתית הסיבים האופטיים של בזק )"המכתב"(.

המכתב מציין כי לאחר דיונים עם בזק, בזק הודיעה למשרד התקשורת כי בכוונתה להפחית את התשלום בעד הקווים הבדידים בשירות BSA סיב ל72- ₪ )ללא מע"מ(. בהמשך לכך, נחה דעתו של משרד התקשורת כי אין בהסכם כדי ליצור חשש לפגיעה משמעותית בתחרות, ולפיכך אין בכוונתו להפעיל איזו מסמכויותיו בקשר עם ההסכם.
