Re: A ruling by the Tel Aviv District Court approving a consensual motion to remove a petition to approve a class action lawsuit against The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. - immediate reportThe Company is announcing that on 27 February, 2023, the Tel Aviv District Court issued a ruling approving a consensual motion to remove the plaintiffs from a petition to approve the class action lawsuit that was filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.
