Re: District Court in Tel Aviv rejected motion to certify a claim as a class action against The Phoenix Value P2P Limited Partnership - Immediate ReportThe Company is hereby announce that on March 5, 2023, the District Court in Tel Aviv rendered a judgment rejecting the motion to certify a claim as a class action, which was filed against Halman Aldubi I2P1st Limited partnership (in its current name: The Phoenix Value P2P Limited Partnership), a partnership held indirectly by the Company (hereinafter: "The Partnership"), and which concerns with the claim that the partnership, allegedly, does not make accessible the documents it submits as part of its reports in the Internet information systems operated by the Israel Securities Authority and the TASE (Magna and Maya systems, respectively) (See details in the Immediate Report dated August 9, 2021 (Reference No. 2021-01-063001) (See also details in Note 7A(46) to the Company's financial statements as of September 30, 2022, which were published on November 30, 2022 (Reference No. 2022-01-115344).This brings the proceeding to an end.It should be noted that this judgment was rendered in relation to a series of similar motions to certify claims as class actions which were filed against dozens of companies, including other insurance companies. false
