BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that it will be holding a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts and an Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company for retail shareholders.

The Group will be holding a Capital Markets Day in London for institutional investors and analysts only as follows:

Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

The Group will be holding an investor presentation for retail shareholders via the Investor Meet Company platform as follows:

• Date: Wednesday 7 June 2023

The online presentation is open to all existing and prospective investors. The presentation, which will be hosted by Moti Nagar, CEO, will provide an introduction to, and update on, BATM and its strategy. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
