Re: Update in regard of acquisition of selected assets managed by Psagot Investment House - Portfolio Agreement Following the Company's immediate report of January 19, 2023 (reference number: 2023-01-008152), regarding the engagement of The Phoenix Investments House Ltd. (formerly: Excellence Investments Ltd.), a subsidiary company under indirect control of the company ("The Phoenix" ) with Psagot Securities Ltd. for the acquisition of the portfolio management activity of Psagot Securities Ltd. ("Portfolio Agreement"), the Company updates that on June 30, 2023 the parties agreed on an amendment to the Portfolio Agreement according to which the court's approval pursuant to section 350 of the Companies Law ,1999, does not constitute a condition precedent to the completion of the transaction. In light of the above, the Company announces that the conditions stipulated in the Portfolio Agreement have been met and the transaction has been completed. false
