(subsidiaries) - Immediate Report Notice is hereby given that a claim and request for approval as a class action has been filed against subsidiaries companies of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance") and The Phoenix Pension and Provident Ltd. ("Phoenix Pension and Provident" and "the Defendants", respectively) in the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Regional Labor Court ("the Claim").The Claim alleges that the Defendants are allegedly acting in violation of the law by transferring redemption payments of their insured or planholders to a pension fund and/or executive insurance and/or provident funds after the legal deadline for doing so has passed. It is claimed that by doing so, the Defendants are enriching themselves improperly, charging excessive management fees, and not compensating their insured or planholders for delayed interest payments.The damage alleged to the group members has not been assessed by Plaintiff, but for the purposes of the Claim, Plaintiff estimates that the total damage to the group members amounts to NIS 2.5 million.At this stage, the Defendants are studying the details of the Claim,and therefore the chances of its approval as a class action cannot be assessed, and if it is approved, the chances of its success cannot be assessed. false
