Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC) gives notice that, as at the date of this announcement, the Group's issued share capital consists of 440,684,134 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each, including 4,495,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the figure of 436,189,134 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
