CONTENTS

As previously announced on December 20, 2023, SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (the "Company") announced that it had signed a term sheet for the strategic acquisition of certain operations, products and intellectual property of Micronet Ltd., subject to the completion of a customary due diligence process. The Company is announcing that the parties are continuing the due diligence process and exchanging drafts of the definitive documentation with respect to the acquisition, and that on January 18, 2024, the parties agreed to extend the term of the term sheet until February 1, 2024.
