Re: Haifa District Court Issued a Ruling Approving a Motion to Withdraw from a Motion for Approval of a Class Action against The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.(subsidiary) - Immediate Report The Company announced that on January 15, 2024, the Haifa District Court issued a ruling approving a motion to withdraw the plaintiffs from a motion for approval of a class action filed against a subsidiary of the Company, Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance") and another insurance company, which concerns the claim that in work disability policies, the defendants collected monthly insurance fees immediately prior to the stipulated insurance end date, for the last several months that overlap with the duration of the last possible waiting period stipulated in every work disability insurance contract, a period in which, allegedly, according to the insurance contracts, the defendants are under no obligation to pay any insurance benefit (See immediate report dated April 4, 2023 (reference number 2023-01-034018) and annotation 7A(51) to the Company's financial statements as of September 30, 2023, which were published on November 29, 2023 (reference number 2023-01-107977).Thus this procedure came to an end. false
