Re: Haifa Regional Labor Court issued a decision Rejecting the main remedy in the proceeding filed against The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd (Subsidiary) The Company announce that on January 28, 2024, the Haifa Regional Labor Court issued a ruling on the merits of the class action ("Ruling") filed against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Pension & Provident Fund Ltd.,alleging that The Phoenix Pension & Provident has refrained from paying or from paying in full the partial contributions towards benefits to anyone who does not receive a full disability pension and refrained from reporting to policyholders about the payments it made (See immediate reports dated 16 august 2021 (reference number: 2021-01-065785), 14 may 2018 (reference number: 2018-01-048028 and in note 7a(16) to the Company's financial statements for the day of 30 in September 2023, which were published on November 29, 2023 (reference no. 2023-01-107977)As part of the Ruling, the main remedy in the proceeding was rejected, and it was determined that Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd. was executing a release from payment as required. However, in the Ruling, a number of remedies relating to the form of disclosure were granted to policyholders in connection with the execution of the release from payment. The said Ruling has no material effect on the financial statements of the Company. This brought the proceedings to an end, subject to the plaintiffs' right of appeal.. false
