Re: A motion for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court Against Decision of the Central District Court filed by The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (Subsidiary) The Company hereby announce that on February 1, 2024, a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance�) filed a motion for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Central District Court, which approved the motion to certify the claim as a class action against Phoenix Insurance and four other insurance companies (hereinafter jointly - the �Defendants�), in which the plaintiffs claim that in case of vehicle theft or total loss as a result of an accident, the Defendants do not reimburse policyholders for the proportionate share of the insurance premiums (the premium) paid for riders (road recovery services, windscreen repair, towing, etc.) in respect of the period subsequent to the theft or total loss, despite the fact that the rider is canceled and the risk it covers no longer exists (for more information, see immediate report of December 5, 2023 (Ref.
