Further to an immediate report published by Turpaz on March 28, 2024 (reference: 2024-01-027772), regarding entering into an agreement to purchase Cewecon GmbH, a private company incorporated in Germany that owns a group of Belgian and German companies (the Clarys & Willich group), specializing in the field of savory flavors, functional solutions and unique raw materials for the meat and baking sector, Turpaz is honored to report that on April 3, 2024, the acquisition was completed. The acquisition was financed through own resources and bank financing. For details regarding the loan taken by Turpaz, see an immediate report dated January 28, 2024 (reference: 2024-01-010554).
