Re: A judgment issued by Tel Aviv-Yafo Regional Labor Court - issued a ruling rejecting an application for approval of a class action against Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd. (Subsidiary)Notice is hereby given that on April 25, 2024, Tel Aviv-Yafo Regional Labor Court issued a ruling rejecting the application for approval of the class action ("Judgment"), filed against Helman Aldubi Provident and Pension Funds Ltd., which was merged into a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Pension and Provident Fund Ltd. ("Defendant"), and which concerns the allegation that the Defendant breached its duty to inform the beneficiaries of the funds that their policy holders have died, as well as policy holders with whom there was no contact, regarding the fact that funds deposited in the funds managed by it are available to them, on the dates prescribed for this in the In the Supervision of Financial Services (Provident Funds) (Identification of Policy Holders and Beneficiaries Regulations), 5772-2012 (see note 43A1(25) of the Company's financial statements as of December 31, 2023, which were published on March 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-026677).As part of the ruling, all the plaintiff's claims were rejected and it was determined, inter alia, that he was unable to prove an individual or group cause of action.This brings the proceedings to an end, subject to the plaintiff's right of appeal. false
