Re: A decision by the Supreme Court dismissing motion for leave to appeal filled by The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (Subsidiary)On May 23, 2024, a decision was issued by the Supreme Court dismissing the motion for leave to appeal granting the motion to certify the claim as a class action. Under the certification decision, while preserving the parties' arguments, filed by a subsidiary of the Company, the Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. (the "Phoenix Insurance"), on the District Court's decision in which the class action was approved against Phoenix Insurance and four other insurance companies (the "Defendants"), which concerns, on the grounds that in the event of vehicle theft or total loss as a result of an accident, the Defendants do not reimburse the policyholders for the proportion share of the insurance premiums they paid for service contracts (road services, windshield repair, towing, etc.) in respect of the period subsequent to the theft or total loss despite the fact that the rider is canceled and the risk covered by it no longer exists (see detailed in the immediate report of February 1, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-010387) and in note 43A1(21) To the Company's financial statements for December 31, 2023, (reference number 2024-01-026677).In light of the foregoing, the class action on its merits continues in the District Court. false
