(Subsidiary)The Company announce that on June 2, 2024, the Central District Court issued a ruling approving a request for an agreed withdrawal of the plaintiff seeking approval of a class action, which was filed against a subsidiary of the company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance" ), and which is concerned with the claim that when canceling compulsory car, property and apartments insurance policies, Phoenix Insurance returns the proportional part of the insurance premiums late not as required by law and without adding interest (see the details in the immediate report of March 12, 2019 (reference number 2019-01-020472 ) and in Note 43A1(18) to the company's financial statements for December 31, 2023, which were published on March 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-026677).This concludes this procedure. false
