Re: Central District Court ruling rejecting a request for approval of a claim as a class action against the Phoenix Insurance (subsidiary) - Immediate ReportThe Company announce that on July 4, 2024, the Central District Court issued a ruling rejecting the request for approval of the action as a class action ("the approval request"), which was submitted against a subsidiary of the Company, The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance ") and against other insurance companies and against the road and towing services company (hereinafter: the "defendants") and which concerns the claim that, in the event of a break in the vehicle windshield, the Defendants provided and are providing their customers with alternative windshields that do not bear a standard mark and are not original, allegedly in violation of their obligations according to the insurance policies and cover letters (see detailed in the immediate report of January 23, 2020 (reference number 2020-01-008332) and also in note 43a1(23) to the Company's financial statements for December 31, 2023, which were published on March 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-026677 ).As part of the ruling, all the claims of the plaintiffs were rejected and the request for approval was rejected as well as the personal claim of the plaintiffs.This brings the procedure to an end, subject to the plaintiffs' right of appeal false
