Alarum to Release Second Quarter Results on August 26, 2024

The Company Will Host a Conference Call on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. ET

Tel Aviv, Israel, August 12, 2024 - Alarum Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq, TASE: ALAR) ("Alarum" or the "Company"), a global provider of internet access and web data collection solutions, will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, before the Nasdaq market opens on Monday, August 26, 2024.

Mr. Shachar Daniel, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mr. Shai Avnit, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will host a conference call on August 26, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time, to discuss the financial results, followed by a Q&A session.
