EXPLANATORY NOTE

On November 4, 2024, Allot Ltd. (the "Company") notified Lynrock Lake Master Fund LP that the Company was electing to extend, until February 14, 2026, as a first extension, the maturity of the Convertible Promissory Note dated February 17, 2022 in aggregate principle amount of \$40 million.
