Re:Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court issued a judgment approving an agreed request to withdraw from a motion to certify a class action against The Phoenix Pension & Provident Ltd. (subsidiary)The Company announce that on November 19, 2024, the Central Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court issued a judgment approving the plaintiff's agreed request to withdraw from the motion to certify a class action against the Company's subsidiary, The Phoenix Pension & Provident Ltd. ("Phoenix Pension & Provident"). It is note that the motion was issued against another management company. The lawsuit concerns the claim that with regard to CPI-linked loans, there been adopted practice of a one-way linkage mechanism, whereby when the CPIincreases compared with the base index, the customer�s monthly payment is increased accordingly, and when the CPI decreases, the monthly payment does not change despite the fact that thisis not mentioned in the provisions of the agreement (see details in the immediate report dated May 22, 2022 (reference number 2022-01-061459) and in Note 43a1(42) to the Company's annual financial statements as of December 31, 2023, published on March 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-026677).This concludes the proceeding against The Phoenix Pension & Provident. false
