DIRECTOR / PDMR / PCA Shareholding - Correction

London, 20 February 2025 – The following correction has been made to the "DIRECTOR / PDMR / PCA Shareholding" announcement released on 22 April 2024 at 16:05 under RNS No. 5645L.

The original announcement incorrectly stated that 233,908 Ordinary Shares were transferred from Panos Benos' employee share account to his PCA, Adobelero Holdings Co. Limited. The correct transfer was 102,329 shares to the PCA and 131,579 shares to his personal share account. The total transfer of 233,908 shares remains accurate and there was no change in beneficial ownership.

Limited, a PCA of Panos Benos, and 131,579 Ordinary Shares to a personal share account. Panos Benos remains the beneficial owner of the Shares.
