Re: Tel Aviv-Jaffa Regional Labor Court issued a judgment approving an agreed request to withdraw from a motion to certify a class action against Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd (subsidiary). The Company announce that on February 16, 2025, the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Regional Labor Court issued a judgment approving the plaintiff's agreed request to withdraw from the motion to certify a class action against the Company's subsidiary, Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. ("Phoenix Insurance"). It should be noted that the motion to certify the class action was also filed against another insurance company. The lawsuit concerns the claim that the defendants allegedly overcharge amounts in loan agreements they make with their customers, due to a one-way linkage mechanism in the agreements. According to this mechanism, in the event that the index rises above the base index, the defendants collect the linkage differentials resulting from the increase, while in the opposite case, where the index falls below the base index, the defendants do not credit their customers accordingly. (see details in the immediate report dated June 25, 2020 (reference number 2020-01-066678) and in Note 7a1(5) to the Company's financial statements as of September 30, 2024, published on November 27, 2024 (reference number 2024-01-619208)).This concludes the proceedings against Phoenix Insurance. false
