Subject: Immediate Report Regarding the Discount Rate of the Company's Series A Bonds

Following the Company's immediate report dated March 10, 2025, regarding the results of the issuance under the shelf offering report dated March 9, 2025, (the "Shelf Offering Report") (Reference No.: 015587-02-2025), the Company is pleased to announce that, according to the calculation made based on the calculation mechanism detailed in Section 5.6 of the Shelf Offering Report, the consideration attributed to each 1 NIS nominal value of the Company's Series A bonds on the issuance day is 0.9914 NIS, and accordingly, the discount rate for the Series A bonds is 0.86%.
