On March 19, 2025, the Board of Directors of Alarum Technologies Ltd. (the "Company") approved an increase in the number of ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Company reserved for issuance under the Company's Amended and Restated Global Incentive Plan (the "Global Incentive Plan") by 4,000,000 ordinary shares, from 8,374,589 to 12,374,589.
