Pursuant to the provisions of Article 234 paragraph (1) letter l) of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, Rompetrol Well Services S.A. informs shareholders and investors that, on June 27, 2025, the company received at its registry the statement of claim filed by the shareholder KJK Balkan Holding S.à r.l., requesting the following: • acknowledgment of the absolute nullity of the AGOA and AGEA Resolutions dated April 28, 2025;

• removal from the Trade Register of the registrations made or the mentions recorded in connection with these resolutions and publication of the court decision annulling the resolutions in the Official Gazette.

The case is registered under file no. 1650/105/2025 before the Prahova Tribunal.
