Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX) – Mandatory notification of trade by close associate

Oslo, 27 June 2025. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Norwegian Block Exchange AS on 21 May 2025 regarding the issuance of a third Put Option Notice related to the agreement with LDA Capital Ltd. ("LDA") and notification of trade by close associates. As previously communicated – proceeds will partly be used for further establishing the strategic Bitcoin reserve.

Pursuant to the existing loan agreement. Observatoriet Invest AS, a close associate of board member Bjørn Kjos, has delivered 4,740,310 shares to LDA. Nye KM Aviatrix Invest AS, a close associate of board member Anna Kjos-Mathisen, has agreed to lend 5,000,000 shares for the same purpose.

The shares above are a loan to LDA Capital. The same number of shares will be returned to Observatoriet Invest AS and Nye KM Aviatrix Invest AS. Similar to previous loans, no interest or similar will be paid to the above companies.
