Profit warning (June 2025)

The REGALLIA HOLDINGS & INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD,

based on the Regulations of the Stock Exchange and Exchange Commission and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public, announces that its financial results for the first half of 2025 expected to be at the same levels compared with the results of the corresponding period of 2024. Compared with the results for the entire 2024 is expected to be at the same levels.

This is mainly attributable to the loss from revaluation of investments of the CSE-listed companies.
