Northcoders (AIM:CODE), a market leader in technology training in th e UK, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all of the resolutions were passed.

Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolutions 11 and 12 were passed as Special Resolutions.
