The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 are available on the Company's website at https://www.rockwoodstrategic.co.uk/ .

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts (including the Notice of AGM) have been posted to shareholders who have requested them. The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Harwood Capital Management Limited, 6 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LD at 11.30am on Tuesday 29 July 2025.
