TheManagement Board of Agora S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Agora"), inconnection with the regulatory filing No. 9/2025 of June 26, 2025,hereby informs that today, i.e. June 26, 2025 Agora received informationthat its subsidiary - Wyborcza sp. z o.o. with its registered seat inWarsaw ("the Company") concluded with Polska Press sp. z o.o. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw ("Polska Press") an agreement for provision ofthe printing services ("Agreement").

Underthe Agreement, Polska Press will provide the Company with the service ofprinting "Gazeta Wybrcza". The Agreement was concluded for the period of5 years with the possibility of its renewal for additional one-yearperiods. According to the Agreement, the beginning of Polska Press'esservices of printing "Gazeta Wyborcza" is scheduled for September 1,2025 with the possibility of postponing this date up to October 1, 2025.The terms and conditions for the provision of printing services setforth in the Agreement do not differ from market conditions for servicesof a similar nature.

Asa result of concluding the Agreement the process of ceasing printingactivities in Wyborcza sp. z o.o. is initiated.

Thecompany estimates that the annual savings that will be generated afterthe complete cessation of printing operations will amount to about 6 MioPLN.Legalbasis: article 17, paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the EuropeanParliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 596/2014 of April 16th, 2014on market abuse (Regulation on Market Abuse) and repealing Directive2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and theCommission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Acts.Office. EC L 173, 06.12.2014).
