Envipco secures significant RVM delivery in Portugal

Amersfoort, 26 June 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"),

a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine

(RVM) technology, today announces a significant win in Portugal ahead of the

country's deposit return scheme (DRS) go-live.

Envipco has signed a letter of intent for delivery of approximately 250 RVMs

to one of the leading retailers in Portugal. The framework agreement calls for

a variety of RVMs. Delivery is anticipated in H2 2025 and includes service

agreement on all RVM supplies.

The Portugal DRS is operated by SDR Portugal, a non-profit organization backed

by more than two dozen companies from the beverage industry and retail sector.

The go-live date of the DRS in Portugal is yet to be finally determined but is

widely expected to be early 2026.
