Restoration of Listing and Trading in the Company's Shares

The Directors of BIH confirm that following publication of the Company's annual report and audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and the FCA's approval of the Company's application for the restoration of listing, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the FCA's Official List and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, was restored.
