On 25 June 2025, 5,843 and 2,921 options over Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company were granted to Simon Carter and Kelly Cleveland respectively, both PDMRs of the Company, under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme. The SAYE contract commences on 1 September 2025 and the exercise period commences on 1 September 2028 with an option price of 314p. No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
