Edil San Felice: non-recourse transfer of VAT credits exceeding 6 million euros to UniCredit Factoring S.p.A.
Naples, June 25, 2025 – Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit ("the Company" or "Edil San Felice"), a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance of critical infrastructure in Italy and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that it has finalized the non-recourse transfer to UniCredit Factoring S.p.A. of two separate VAT credits for a total amount of €6,303,767.78.
Specifically, the transaction involved the transfer of a VAT credit amounting to €5,160,216.00, corresponding to the balance resulting from the 2025 VAT return for the 2024 tax year, and the transfer of a VAT credit amounting to €1,143,551.78, related to the balance resulting from the 2025 TR VAT return for the first quarter of 2025.
The transaction is part of the Company's broader strategy aimed at more efficient liquidity management and strengthening its financial structure.
