Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 16 April 2014, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, KONČAR - Electrical Industry Inc. for manufacturing and services, Fallerovo šetalište 22, Zagreb, PIN: 45050126417 (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that Denis Čamber, sales director of renewable energy sources sector in the Company, has acquired 14 ordinary shares of the Company with the stock exchange symbol KOEI-R-A, which constitute 0.0005% of the Company's share capital. The transaction was executed on 27 May 2025 on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

After the aforementioned acquisition, Denis Čamber owns 92 shares of KONČAR - Electrical Industry Inc. for production and services, which constitute 0.0036% of the Company's share capital.
