It is hereby announced that at its meeting of 24 June 2025, the Company's Board of Directors approved the Interim Half-Yearly Financial Report of 2024. The results are attached.

The Report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available at the Cyprus Stock Exchange website (www.cse.com.cy). The Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss and Other Comprehensive Income will be published in the daily press. Copies will be available free of charge at the Company's Head Office in Paralimni, tel. 23848000.
