ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF OWN SHARES

PREMIA PROPERTIES (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to Regulation (ΕU) 596/2014 & delegated regulation (ΕU) 2016/1052 and according to art. 49 of L. 4548/2018 and further to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 20.11.2020, as it has been modified according to the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 31.05.2024, it proceeded through the member of Athens Stock Εxchange "Vigor Finance S.A.", during the meeting held on 20.06.2025 with the acquisition of 30,000 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3475 per share of an aggregate value €40,424.60 and during the meeting held on 24.06.2025 with the acquisition of 25,000 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3435 per share of an aggregate value €33,588.70 . And through the member of Athens Stock Εxchange "Pantelakis Securities S.A.", during the meeting held on 23.06.2025 it proceeded with the acquisition of 25,000 own shares at a weighted average price €1.3368 per share of an aggregate value €33,420.00 .

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company currently holds 1.223,077 own shares a percentage of 1,285 % of the total number of issued shares of the Company.

This announcement is in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016.
