Subject: Repayment of a Series D bond

Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, following the decision of its Board of Directors and the unanimous decision and consent of all Series D Bond holders, it has proceeded to early redemption, repayment and cancellation of all 2,804 issued Series D Bonds, with a nominal value of €1,000 each, in accordance with the terms of the Series D Bond Trust dated January 13, 2023, as amended.
