Report Content Notification of exceeding the 5% threshold of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 23 June 2025 the Company receivedfrom Norges Bank with its registered seat in Oslo, Norway ("NorgesBank"), a notification that Norges Bank exceeded the threshold of 5% ofthe total number of votes in the Company exercised through shares held,excluding the financial instruments (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 5% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following the acquisition of Company shareson 17 June 2025 (the "Transaction").

According to the Notification, excluding the financial instruments:

- prior to the Transaction, Norges Bank held directly 162,040 Companyshares, representing 4.95% of the Company's share capital, and 162,040voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 4.95%of total voting rights;

- following the Transaction, Norges Bank holds directly 164,540 Companyshares, representing 5.02% of the Company's share capital, and 164,540voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.02%of total voting rights.

Concurrently, according to the Notification, following the Transaction,including held financial instruments, Norges Bank holds directly 167,170Company shares, representing 5.10% of the Company's share capital, and167,170 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company,representing 5.10% of total voting rights.
