Total Number of Shares and Voting Rights

According to paragraphs 3(b) and 4 of article 123 of Law 4548/2018, AVAX SA (the «Company») announces that as of 24.06.2025, date of publication of the invitation of shareholders to the Annual General Meeting on 15.07.2025, the total number of shares of the Company amounts to 148,321,516 of which 148,119,016 shares confer participation and voting rights at the General Meeting, due to the stock of 212,500 own shares whose participation and voting rights are suspended, as per paragraph 1 of article 50 of Law 4548/2018.

Besides those voting shares, the Company has not issued any other class of shares or other securities bearing voting rights.
