In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/ EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72 / EC and Article 2 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of March 10th, 2016 on setting implementing technical standards regarding the format and template for the notification and publication of transactions by managers in accordance with Regulation (EU) ) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, we hereby inform you that we received a notification from Mr. Nikola Dujmović from Zagreb, Biskupa Galjufa 5a, on the acquisition of 783 shares of Span d.d. (SPAN-R-A). Nikola Dujmović is President of the Management Board.

The acquisition was made on June 23d, 2025, outside the regulated market, and in accordance with the Share Buy-Back Program adopted on December 5th, 2024, at the Management Board meeting, with the prior consent of the Supervisory Board of Span d.d. ("Company"). The Share Buy-Back Programme is carried out with the aim of disposition of the Shares within the framework of the Company's ESOP programme, rewarding members of the Management Board, employees of the Company and affiliated companies, potential acquisitions of companies, as well as for all other purposes that are foreseen and permitted as such by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia, and in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of the Company from June 13th, 2022.
