EGM approves the increase of the authorised capital

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE" or the "Company") hereby announces that the MFE's extraordinary shareholders' meeting held today (the "EGM") resolved to increase the amount of the Company's authorised share capital by amending MFE's articles of association.
More in detail, as already indicated in the explanatory report of MFE's board of directors to the EGM, this increase only concerns the Company's "A"-class ordinary shares and entails the increase of MFE's overall authorised share capital to EUR 173,676,622.14.
The voting record and the minutes of the EGM will be made available in accordance with the applicable regulations.

L'assemblea approva l'aumento del capitale autorizzato

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE" o la "Società") rende noto che l'assemblea straordinaria degli azionisti di MFE tenutasi in data odierna (l'"Assemblea") ha deliberato di aumentare l'ammontare del capitale sociale cd. autorizzato della Società mediante modifica dello statuto sociale di MFE.
Più nel dettaglio, come già indicato nella relazione illustrativa del consiglio di amministrazione di MFE all'Assemblea, l'aumento in questione riguarda le sole azioni ordinarie di categoria "A" della Società e comporta l'innalzamento del capitale sociale cd. autorizzato complessivo di MFE a 173.676.622,14 euro.
Il rendiconto delle votazioni ed il verbale dell'Assemblea saranno resi disponibili in conformità all'applicabile disciplina vigente.
