Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Craven House Capital plc ("Craven House" or the "Company") announces that Spark Advisory Partners Limited ("Spark") has today resigned with immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser under the terms and conditions of its Nominated Adviser Agreement (the "Agreement"). Spark has resigned as a result of the failure of the Company to pay fees in accordance with the Agreement.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if a company ceases to have a nominated adviser, trading in its AIM securities will be suspended. As the Company has not appointed a replacement nominated adviser as at the date of this announcement, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended from 7.30am today.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
