NEL PERIODO 16 GIUGNO 2025 – 20 GIUGNO 2025

Dexelance S.p.A. (DEX.MI), gruppo industriale diversificato tra i leader italiani nel design, luce e arredamento (la "Società" o il "Gruppo") - codice LEI: 8156009C6B018FE67A34, comunica di aver acquistato su Euronext Milan, nel periodo tra il 16 giugno 2025 e il 20 giugno 2025 n. 11.190 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,042% del capitale sociale) al prezzo unitario medio di euro 6,8536 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 76.691,80.
Tali operazioni sono state realizzate nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 16 aprile 2025 e in attuazione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie avviato in data 12 maggio 2025 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98).
Gli acquisti sono stati realizzati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato Equita SIM S.p.A. - codice LEI 815600CF5C54AA9C0721.

DISCLOSURE ON TREASURY SHARES' PURCHASE
IN THE PERIOD 16 JUNE 2025 – 20 JUNE 2025

Dexelance S.p.A. (DEX.MI), diversified industrial group among the Italian leaders in design, lighting, and furniture (the "Company" or the "Group") – LEI code: 8156009C6B018FE67A34, informs to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between 16 June 2025 and 20 June 2025, no. 11,190 ordinary shares (equal to 0.042% of the share capital) at the average unit price of EUR 6.8536 for a total amount equal to EUR 76,691.80.
Such transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 16 April 2025, carrying out the treasury shares' purchase program started on 12 May 2025 (already object of disclosure also pursuant to art.144 bis of the CONSOB Regulation 11971/99 and to art. 132 of D.Lgs. n. 58/98).
The purchases have been carried out through the authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A. - LEI code 815600CF5C54AA9C0721.
