Report Content Notification of exceeding the 5% threshold of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 23 June 2025 the Company receivedfrom Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. acting on behalf ofOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" ("PZU OFE") and DobrowolnyFundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFE PZU"), a notification that PZU OFE togetherwith DFE PZU exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votesin the Company (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 5% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company was exceeded following transactions on Company shares on18 June 2025 (the "Transactions").

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transactions, PZU OFE together with DFE PZU held 163,153Company shares, representing 4.98% of the Company's share capital, and163,153 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company,representing 4.98% of total voting rights;

- following the Transactions, PZU OFE together with DFE PZU held 165,191Company shares, representing 5.043% of the Company's share capital, and165,191 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company,representing 5.043% of total voting rights;

- as the current holding of PZU OFE together with DFE PZU, theNotification indicated the number of 166,228 shares in the Company,representing 5.075% of the Company's share capital, and 166,228 votingrights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.075% of thetotal voting rights.
